鄉林建設今日舉行法說會，董事長賴正鎰指出，鄉林集團台灣庫存土地尚有6,400坪，在中國大陸簽約洽談土地已多達50平方公里，相當於1,512.5萬坪，可以應付未來十年開發需求。

賴正鎰強調，鄉林不怕與中國大陸競爭，現在已經調整好體質，今年就要「轉大人」。除布局中國大陸，也同步跨向歐美及東南亞地區的度假勝地，文創酒店、精品商場、商辦、酒店式公寓、高端別墅等多角化經營，未來五年後兩岸營業規模與員工數，可望擴充十倍。

鄉林建設今年第1季合併營收為5.92億元，相較去年同期4.4億元，成長33%。去年2013年，全年營收達到77.97億元，年增率為73.34%，EPS為4.03元。
