標題[搶救] toshiba m840 部分鍵盤不定時無反應

廠牌: toshiba 型號: m840 購入日期: 102/5 距上次使用正常時間:數個月 OS版本: windows 8.1 平常作業內容: 上網看影片文書有無內建還原功能(Y/N): Y 問題內容: 部分按鍵不定時無反應確定無反應的按鍵有 p backspace 那一帶的 (但又非全部小數字鍵盤範圍) 應該與輸入法無關 (微軟注音跟英文來回切換,其他按鍵皆正常,但特定按鍵還是無反應) 應該跟numlock無關 (nb機身無指示燈,但反覆按fn+insert也無法恢復正常) 請問有人遇過相同狀況嗎? 或是按照敘述判斷比較可能是軟體問題或是硬體問題謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.242.68.175 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1418692626.A.188.html
