經濟部今天舉辦「台灣好『食』節」活動，盼在即將到來的年節假日，增加台灣食品買氣。經濟部長鄧振中還露一手，親自大火快炒一盤麻油炒川七，讓台灣美食越炒越旺。

鄧振中表示，上次食安事件爆發後，外界對台灣美食有負面影響。經濟部各單位動員舉辦「台灣好『食』節」活動，盼透過一系列的展覽，能恢復大家對台灣美食的信心。

他說，現在起，有密集的節假日，聖誕，新年，農曆年。結婚，尾牙不少，盼藉此促進民眾多多消費，增加經濟成長。

「台灣好『食』節」自12月起一連三個月在國內外舉辦，為活絡食品業商機，經濟部動員中部辦公室、商業司、中小企業處、台糖、國貿局及外貿協會等單位，盼民眾共襄盛舉，一同支持台灣食品。
