［求助］墨爾本租車被多扣錢

各位好：

我們在9/24到墨爾本ACE租車（墨爾本機場店）

短租一天 並在隔天9/25在墨爾本市區還車

保的是全險 總金額在9/24當天共刷了約AUD 59

但在前天我收到了信用卡帳單

分別在9/24 刷了AUD 59 及在9/25刷了AUD111

我們沒有接到罰單通知或其他的 還車時對方稍微檢查一下就讓我們走了！

寫信去問為什麼多扣了AUD111 對方也沒回音

想請問大家有這種經驗嗎？

我該怎麼辦呢＞＜ 拜託大家了！謝謝！！！
