爆陳菊弟行賄被訴　林瑞圖：死而無憾

台北市議員林瑞圖2012年在政論性節目爆料指控高雄市長陳菊胞弟陳武進，涉以30萬元向市府前環保局長李穆生行賄，事後挨告誹謗，被檢方認定查證不實起訴，士林地方法院今天辯論終結，定12月5日宣判，林瑞圖仍堅稱：「一生為公益而揭弊，死而無憾。」

前年8月，檢調偵辦行政院前秘書長林益世索賄案，林瑞圖連續9天受邀上政論性節目評論，他在節目中指出，曾向時任TVBS電視台的劉姓記者查證，陳武進介入高市府環保局，涉嫌以30萬元代價賄絡李穆生，事後遭李穆生提告，並由士林地檢署起訴。
 
今天開庭期間，林瑞圖仍堅稱：「有查證，不認罪。」法官定12月5日下午4時宣判。庭訊結束後，林瑞圖受訪強調：「一生都是為公益而揭發弊案，前前後後官司數百件，也挨過子彈，我死而無憾。」（胡守得／台北報導）
