《Reuters》報導，國際原油價格已經連續三個交易日上漲，累計漲幅超過 15%，今日單日漲幅接近7%，分析師指美國境內鑚油平台數量大減是這波油價上漲的主因。

美國最新公佈的數據顯示，上週美國境內鑚油平台數量大減，幅度創近 30 年之最，投資人認為這暗示美國部份鑚油業者已經無法應付低油價，開始準備退出市場，全球原油供過於求的情況可望因此改善，帶動油價上漲。

部分投資人認為，油價已經維持下跌趨勢七個月之久，可能已經見底，因此開始回補空頭部位，更有助油價上漲。

分析師則指出，幾家國際大型石油公司包括英國石油 (BP)、雪佛龍 (CVX-US) 紛紛宣佈將減少 2015 年度資本支出，暗示供應量可能隨之減少，可望支撐油價回穩。分析師亦看好市場對於原油的需求逐漸回升，有利油價後勢表現。

美國輕原油期貨上漲 6.64%，來到每桶 52.86 美元。

布蘭特原油期貨上漲 5.17%，來到每桶 57.58 美元。
