五月天瑪莎去月11月在臉書親證與名媛謝葦怡登記結婚，對於婚事極為低調，坦言就算有辦，也不會讓大家知道，今被爆5月於「全球十大結婚聖地」希臘的聖托里尼島舉行婚禮，不包含食宿和機費，光租教堂、軟硬體、飲食等費用，至少約176萬元起跳。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，瑪莎曾提及不會在台灣辦婚禮，外界猜測他可能會選在偶像披頭四故鄉英國補辦，今傳出將在聖托里尼島舉行婚禮，婚禮小而美，預計只邀請50位親友觀禮，選擇5月結婚，推估與團名五月天有關。

對於婚禮傳聞，經紀人未否認，僅說藝人的私事不會過問，並表示五月天近來忙著籌備新專輯，沒聽過瑪莎提起婚事。
