1. 江戶前壽司是專指調味好的握壽司嗎？我記得光是由來就有好幾種說法但比較常見的應該是指用東京灣捕獲的魚來料理才會有江戶前的名稱吧？另外有人聽過江戶前壽司是給將軍大人吃的這種說法嗎？ 2. 有築地握壽司這個分類嗎？我記得築地不就是算在江戶裡面了？會單獨有個分類嗎？ 3. 散壽司跟生魚片蓋飯是同一種東西嗎？這兩個我記得光使用的飯就已經不一樣了？ 4. 箱壽司是被分類在江戶前壽司嗎？因為在某板看到一篇文章裡面的說法跟我知道的都不太一樣讓我有點被搞糊塗了幾個問題想跟大家請教一下若不適合發在美食板我會自刪謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.83.60.254 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1428470357.A.D78.html ※ 編輯: fanbinary (111.83.60.254), 04/08/2015 13:22:05
