（中央社明斯克19日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，烏克蘭政府和分離主義分子雙方談判代表在白俄羅斯首都明斯克會談後表示，雙方今早同意停止戰鬥，並設立30公里的非軍事區，以便實現烏克蘭東部長久和平。

代表基輔當局的烏克蘭前總統庫契馬（LeonidKuchma）在明斯克（Minsk）會後告訴記者：「我們已簽署備忘錄。」

分離主義派領袖普洛特尼斯基（Igor Plotnitsky）表示，這份文件應有助創建「完全安全的地區」。

普洛特尼斯基也表示，雙邊未談及叛軍占領的盧甘斯克（Lugansk）和頓內茨（Donetsk）地區現況。(中央社)
