中華經濟研究院今天公布9月份台灣製造業採購經理人指數（PMI)，雖然達53.3%仍呈現擴張，但指數已連兩個月下滑，更是今年3月以來新低。

五項組成指標包含新增訂單、生產、人力僱用、供應商交貨時間、現有原物料存貨，皆高於五成，但供應商交貨時間與現有原物料存貨數水準指數，已降至今年最低點。

至於9月一連串風暴是否影響指數，中經院長吳中書表示，雖然食品紡織業較8月下滑約16個百分點，但紡織表現較食品業不佳；他指出，由於食品有替代性，出事廠商表現差、沒出事廠商則訂單增加，整體消費來看僅略受到影響。
