基福公路10月8日通車 張通榮嗆封路

針對公路總局片面決定基福公路10月8日要強行通車，基隆市長張通榮今天上午表示，基福還未完工，有安全疑慮，公路總局與立委私下協調，竟同意要通車，完全不尊重地方，對基隆民眾造成安全的威脅，市府將請警方封路，不讓通行。

立委李慶華昨天指出，基福公路，因基隆方面強烈反對通車，張市長甚至表示要圍路，經他與行政院長、交通部長及公路總局局長協調後決定，先行開放給平、雙、貢鄉親使用。9月30日公所開始發放「通行證」給鄉親，10月8日起即可憑證行駛基福公路。

交旅處長楊松年說，據了解將發6千張通行證，基隆市警方將會在基平隧道口設路障攔阻，不讓車輛進基隆，只允許救護車及消防車通過。
