新北違建5大寇　淡水違建今開拆

新北市拆除大隊府鑑於最近多處違建失火釀災事件頻傳，決定在農曆年節前寒假期間，持續執行公共場所及學生出租套房違建拆除，今日上午10時許便前往淡水原德路拆除違建。
 
拆除大隊副隊長蔡顯榮指出，該違建分別有2棟，合法部份僅一樓，但兩棟卻加蓋5層樓違建，內部隔成16間小套房出租，嚴重影響公共安全，今出動25人進行拆除，希望趕在過年前夕拆除完畢，至目前為止拆除過程順利，學生早已全部搬離，今日拆除之際屋主也未到場。（黃子騰、陳威叡／新北報導）
