深夜買22元米漿　東華大學生中千萬發票

財政部北區國稅局花蓮分局今公布花蓮連續三期送出統一發票千萬獎金，半年來共開出3200萬元獎金，破全國記錄。11-12月千萬獎金在東華大學內的全家便利商店開出，該名學生於12月1日晚間10：54分50秒，在全家用9折學生優惠價買了一瓶22元米漿，幸運中獎。就讀東華的蔡姓學生說：「回家要卯起來找發票，搞不好就是我！」

北區國稅局花蓮分局長方建興表示，這人用學生優惠價、又在深夜買米漿，肯定就是校內學生中獎，他恭喜得獎人，也恭喜花蓮半年來開出3個千萬特別獎、1個200萬元特獎，相當難得。他也提醒民眾多使用載具用電子發票對獎，國稅局不僅會主動通知中獎訊息，因電子發票不必列印單據，獎金也無需扣除千分之4印花稅，一舉數得。（王文傑／花蓮報導）
