台澳FTA 澳代表：未排除簽署

APEC會議期間，我方曾與澳洲貿易部長就洽簽經濟協議一事進行非正式溝通，當時的經濟部長杜紫軍證實此訊息，但稱雙方尚未進入實質談判階段。澳洲駐台代表雷家琪（Catherine Raper）上午表示，澳洲政府尚未與台灣商談FTA相關事宜，她表示，澳洲去年剛與日、韓簽署FTA，目前正準備與中國洽簽，要等手邊事務告一段落，才會檢視是否與台灣簽署FTA。

雷家琪今赴外交部參與「外交小尖兵代表團出訪授旗暨行前記者會」，她會後受訪表示，澳洲與日韓FTA才剛生效，即將著手與中國簽署FTA，必須等相關事務告一段落後才會考慮新的FTA夥伴。

媒體詢問，台澳洽簽FTA是否受中國因素影響？對此，雷家琪說，澳洲有「一個中國」政策，但與台灣之間也擁有堅實的經貿關係，他們並未排除與台灣洽簽FTA，會檢視是否將增進雙邊關係。但她也說，目前台澳雙方尚未進行可行性研究。
