促成英倫談修憲　李登輝：已派幕僚聯絡

前總統李登輝昨在立法院演講時明確宣示，希望立法院能在今年6月底前完成第一階段修憲，將修憲門檻、投票年齡降低，並希望在農曆年後促成國民黨主席朱立倫、民進黨主席蔡英文能針對修憲議題進行討論。李登輝今下午受訪表示，已請李登輝基金會秘書長王燕軍聯絡兩黨主席，目前最有可能是過年後有時間可討論，屆時也會邀請其他政黨、相關人士一起討論。

李登輝說，蔡英文和朱立倫都曾說要憲政改革，但目前大家沒有坐下來一起講，只有自己在講根本沒辦法修憲，他希望能有機會促成大家的討論，包括討論修憲門檻等議題，修憲才有辦法進行。（黃揚明／台北報導）
