網頁遊戲卡卡，回報幾個月好幾次，都沒改善。

目前我在玩一款網路遊戲，
但是他遊戲內，許多活動無法改善，
只要會跳畫面的活動，我們高等玩家點進去後，就會卡住，
連動都不能動的只能重新更新畫面，
這情況已經1.2個月了，
我們許多玩家都有連繫他們客服，
但是回應一直說有回覆工程師們，
我問他們改善時間，他們都無法回覆，
結果許多玩家上線都是弄沒跳畫面僅存一點活動。

這樣的情況，請警察會受理嗎？
